What Do I Need to Give My Mortgage Lender?

Here is a list of items needed for your loan approval

Items Needed for loan approval:

Assets
Checking/Savings statement for most recent two months – All pages. Online .pdf statement is best
401k, IRA, Investment statements for two months or most recent quarter.

Income
Last 30 days paystubs
Federal tax returns for the most recent two years
W2’s for for the most recent two years

Other
Picture of your Driver’s License
Homeowner’s insurance agent name and number

 

There could possibly be more documents needed from you depending on your individual circumstances. Bankruptcies, divorces and foreclosures will require more documentation as will self employed borrowers.
